Bridge22 is headed by founder and director Hunter Zsolzai, whose service as a U.S. Army Religious Affairs NCO shaped the heart, vision, and framework of the ministry. His wife, Emily, supports Bridge22 through administrative coordination and family-centered insight, helping ensure the needs of veterans and their loved ones are understood and honored. Hunter’s sister, Chelsea, serves in a key administrative role—keeping our partner list accurate and up to date, maintaining organizational systems, and helping ensure that internal operations remain smooth and transparent. His brother, Ray, partners with Bridge22 through Everik Imprints in Michigan, producing our merchandise and developing the apparel line that supports both awareness and fundraising. Hunter’s father, Dave, volunteers as a steady support presence, assisting with outreach, events, mentorship, and helping broaden the network of those committed to serving veterans with consistency and compassion.
The team also includes Sean, a fellow soldier Hunter served alongside, who now volunteers in a supportive mentorship and outreach role. His military experience and firsthand understanding of transition make him a valuable presence for veterans seeking steady guidance from someone who has walked the same road. Sean contributes to connection-building, veteran engagement, and community support as Bridge22 continues to expand.
As Bridge22 grows and funding expands, additional leadership roles will be added to strengthen areas such as operations, finance, outreach, and program development. We are committed to intentionally selecting individuals who share our values and mission so that every veteran receives the highest quality of support. Even now, this team provides the administrative strength, logistical support, merchandise production, community engagement, and volunteer leadership that every strong ministry requires. Together, they form a unified command team dedicated to transparency, excellence, and ensuring every veteran who comes to Bridge22 receives steady guidance, real community, and a clear path forward.
